The rights to nominate candidature for seeking after a gold medal or prize are left to members of Russian Academy of Science; to the scientific and educational institutions, societies; scientific and science-technological counsils; et cet.
The institutions and persons, that are nominated candidates for seeking after a gold medal or a premium, are to offer to Russian Academy of Science the applications three months before the awarding date; (for seeking after prize also the work(s) published, the documents on the scientific discowery or the invention; the information about author(s) ( list of the main scientific works, discoveries, inventions, workplace , adress must be presented).
The works, that were awarded with State prize, are not accepted for seeking after gold medals and prizes in honour of prominent scientists.
